CA Himanshu Agarwal is Partner and Founder of HANA & Associates with a vision to deliver sheer excellence in Financial, Legal and Advisory Service with a conviction of overall development of customers, employees, communities and Environment.
Before this, he was working with the Deloitte (Big 4) which helped him to gain the expertise in the field of Audit & Assurance, Internal Financial Reporting and Taxation related issues.
From belonging to Business family background, he gained the right amount of ground-level understanding and problem solving approach which practically helps in dealing with the complex affairs.
Along with various exposure at the professional end, he achieved the training’s at various programs such as ICAI-Centre of Excellence (Jaipur), ICSI-Centre for Corporate Governance Research and Training (Mumbai) which helped him to achieve the right attitude and ethos in the governance of clients and workplace.
On a personal front, he is a sports enthusiast, globetrotter and a Tea Lover.

CA Nayan Arora is a Fellow member of Institute and accumulated rich experience in various fields of professional services, Industrial sectors and diverse clients.
She has advised leading multinational and transnational players on various topics related to Audits, International Tax, Corporate Advisory Services and Structuring of business entities.
She drives from the front in respect to assignments of Bank Audits and Financing through her attitude, practical experiences and commitment towards long-term clients satisfaction.
She completed her schooling from a boarding school Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya,Gwalior which helps her in providing professional services strategically and act as spokesman in several seminars and lectures.
She believes in aiming towards maximizing profitability for her clients and partnering in meeting the vision of the firm.
On a personal life, She is an optimistic independent woman with an immense interest in the Entertainment industry which plays a major role in her humorous side.
